As an AMI recognized program, we provide a peaceful and rich learning experience for children aged 16 months to 6 years. This is an opportunity to join a growing community where individual growth, joy, and creative exploration are at the heart of what we do.

Position Overview:

This Full-time, non-exempt, on-site role starts immediately, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:15 am - 4:45 pm.

Compensation:

We offer competitive compensation of $21.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Engage with students in a kind, compassionate, and respectful manner.

Assist in maintaining a structured, yet flexible learning environment.

Contribute to the smooth implementation of day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

Preferred experience working with children between birth to six years.

Ability to maintain patience, respect, compassion, and confidence while interacting with children.

Capability to stay calm and attentive in a busy and changeable environment.

Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in the Oregon Central Background Registry (CBR) or willingness to do so immediately.

Hold a current certification in Child/Infant CPR & First Aid or willingness to obtain

Hold a current Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain.

Ability to complete 15 hours of continuing education each licensing year.
