Responsibilities:
- Lead an engaging, dynamic classroom where children feel valued and excited to learn.
- Partner with assistant teachers and aides to create a supportive, fun learning atmosphere.
- Use Brightwheel to communicate with parents, providing comprehensive daily updates on children’s progress.
- Help create a warm, organized, and inviting environment aligned with Pinecone’s mission.

What We’re Looking For
- Step 6 or higher certification from Oregon’s Early Learning Division
- Experience in Montessori, Waldorf, or Reggio Emilia education is a plus, but not required.
- Enthusiasm for fostering creativity, autonomy, and a lifelong love of learning.
- Experience with Brightwheel is a plus.
